REPORT FROM LONDON FASHION WEEK

MARK FAST introduced leather to his collection for the first time which we were not a fan of. But we did love his choice of music especially the tune from the Twilight Soundtrack that went perfectly with the Vampire-esque collection. The lace-up Christian Louboutin leather boots were amazing but we were also loving the burnt oranges which have been prevalent in many of the AW11 collections so far and hopefully they will be introducing this colour to the Faster by Mark Fast collection.

MAWI A/W Collection -
Amazing rose golds and spiked stud earrings are a must-have for AW11. Also loving the twisted white, yellow and rose gold necklace and matching bracelet. The collection is lighter for AW so an easier wear but still just as edgy and exciting. From the heirloom collection the Panthers were our favourite story and will look great layered up together.

PAM HOGG -
The Pam Hogg show was a bit of freak show. But in a good way. In the audience was Jodie Harsh, a man/woman dressed head to toe in latex (only the lips were showing) accompanied by their inflatable dog and wig, Boy George, and Jamie Winstone. It was an extremely long show- about 40minutes, which strangely managed to hold my attention. Bird Taxidermy Head-pieces, Leather Bondage style playsuits and multi-coloured fur coats were the highlight. There were also more wearable coats that will probably make it likely this collection makes it into production for a change.

MARKUS LUPFER Presentation -
Incredible. Amazing venue, Amazing models, Amazing music. The collection was gorgeous. Love the graphite knitwear against the burnt oranges and shearling coats. Can't wait to have it in store August.

Camilla Skovgaard -
By far my favourite collection from her so far. This treated calf-skin shoe has an amazing texture and will look great for AW with all the oranges we will be seeing. Also loved their classic wedge boot in dark brown.
